How much does it cost to take the North Carolina real estate exam?

The North Carolina real estate exam will cost students $156 total. This figure includes a $100 application fee and $56 examination fee. There are other fees associated with licensing, but you can expect the test alone to cost this much.

What score do I need to pass the North Carolina real estate exam?

In order to pass the North Carolina real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 71% on the National portion and 72% on the State portion. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course

Is the North Carolina real estate exam hard?
